Getting PAL lighting for your space shouldn't be complicated. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out.
Quick answers about power, delivery, installation and pricing in Costa Rica. Don't see yours? Ask Mike.
Yes. PAL lighting runs on a 24-volt DC low-voltage system that your electrician connects to your property's power. It works for homes, vacation rentals, and commercial properties anywhere in Costa Rica. Your lighting plan from Mike spells out the setup, so your installer knows exactly what to connect.
When the power goes out, your lights go off, and they may flicker as the power drops. As soon as power is restored, they come back on by themselves. There's nothing to reset.
All of our prices and quotes are in US dollars. Every quote is clear and itemized, so you know exactly what you're paying for before you commit.
Yes. We deliver PAL lighting all over Costa Rica, from Guanacaste and the Nicoya Peninsula to the Central Valley, the Central and South Pacific, and the Caribbean coast. Wherever your project is, we can get it there.
Your own electrician or pool builder installs them, and we teach them how. PAL lights are designed for easy installation, and we walk your installer through the process so everything goes in right. You keep working with the people you already trust.
Yes. Any qualified electrician or pool builder can install PAL lights. Installation is straightforward, and we train your installer on the specific products in your lighting plan, so no specialized crew is needed.
In a humid climate, the best thing you can do is use your lights regularly. Running them at least once a day keeps condensation from building up inside the fixtures. Lights that sit off for weeks or months are more likely to collect moisture, so a quick daily cycle helps them last.
Yes. You don't have to wait for new construction or a full renovation. PAL makes retrofit lights designed specifically for existing pools, so you can upgrade the lighting in the pool you already have.
"Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to start, we'll help you plan a setup that looks amazing, works perfectly, and lasts in this climate."
